Job Title: Human Resources Manager / HR
Location: North Carolina, Charlotte

Human Resources Manager / HR provides leadership and support in functional areas of Human Resources including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training, and special projects. Lead development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or company needs. Labor Relations, conflict management, cultural change agent. Advise and counsel First Line supervisors and Managers in handling of complaints, grievances, policy resolution issues, discipline, etc. Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems. Create, facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative. Administer local salary review procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree.
10+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment essential.
Multiple site/ facility experience. Training experience in manufacturing sector strongly preferred.
