Job Title: Sr/Human Resources Manager /HR
Location: Illinois, Chicago

Description: Sr/Human Resources Manager /HR|
Provide leadership and support in functional areas of Human Resources including
recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations,
job evaluation, benefits administration, employee development, training, and special projects.
Lead development and implementation of Human Resources
policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets,
communications, and/or meetings. Prepare reports in conformance with
legislated requirements or company needs.
Labor Relations, conflict management, cultural change agent.
Advise and counsel First Line supervisors and Managers in handling
of: complaints, grievances, policy resolution issues, discipline, etc.
Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems.
Create, facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative
Administer local salary, review procedures
Qualifications: Bachelor Degree.
9+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment essential.
Multiple site/ facility experience.
Training experience in manufacturing sector strongly preferred.
