Job Title: Sr. Product Development Manager-Engineering

Sr. Product Development Manager-Engineering
Position is a strong direct manager of a geographically disbursed
staff in multiple locations. This position includes direct management
responsibility for line managers, and indirect accountability for the
engineering organization of not more than 60 professional engineers in
multiple locations throughout the state of Illinois, as well as other
The successful candidate will lead a multi-discipline engineering team,
providing significant technical contributions as well as insuring execution
of new platforms in high volume market segments such as transportation,
automotive, heavy duty vehicle and commercial / medical. The company
supplies/manufactures product for original equipment manufacturers
(OEM) applications markets.
Basic responsibilities of the position include:
-Lead teams to define customer requirements, develop and select concepts,
design and transition new products to production

-Interacts frequently with customers to ensure project cost, performance
quality meets or exceeds expectations.

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering related field (electrical, mechanical,

wave) is highly desired
