Job Title: Mandarin Business Manager-Drilling
Mandarin Business Manager-Drilling
On Shore & Off Shore
Maximize the company's petroleum drilling business unit financial results
with the main
focus being on revenue/gross profit. Manage all aspects of the Controlled
Pressure Drilling & Testing (CPD&T) business both onshore & offshore.
In China act a corporate liase and manage client/customers, onshore and
trouble shooting and creating short and long term solutions. Direct
personnel and equipment for customer jobs. Manage operational personnel and
all business unit personnel utilisation effectively. Preparation of tenders,
quotations, business plans, sales presentations. Responsible for workshop
and employee supervision, performance management and training. Develop and
implement equipment maintenance systems, procedures and work instructions
insuring they are adhered to and revised as required. Coordinate between
management and business unit regional management as required.
Coordinate between operations and sales/ Business Developement departments
as required. Set and oversee all budgets for operating cost and equipment
Direct operational personnel and equipment for customer jobs. Responsible
for supervision, performance management, mentoring and coordinating training
of all Controlled Pressure Drilling & Testing (CPD&T) employees. Other
may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: Basic Minimum Requirements & Skills:
-Degree/ Diploma in a Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering/ Management
-12 years ( or more) experience in Controlled Pressure Drilling &
Testing (CPD&T) or relevant oilfield company service line with 7
years ( or more ) experience at a Senior Leadership/Management

- Excellent Client/Customer and Employee interpersonal skills.
-Good computer knowledge.
-Strong financial/ P&L management skills.
