Job Title: Operations Manager / Supply Chain

Description: Operations Manager / Supply Chain has experience in Operations and Supply Chain and supervisory experience. Manage functional department teams including Procurement, Stock Room/Material Control and Production Control. Develops strategic plans for Operations and Supply Chain consistent with the Business Unit goals. Operations Manager / Supply Chain uses policy deployment as a tool to help develop these plans. Is responsible for department expenses, establishing yearly budgets and providing leadership and vision for capital improvements. Adopt Continuous Improvement and practices Lean Manufacturing processes and methodologies.

Has the ability to work as part of a broader production team and functions efficiently in a rapidly changing environment. Provides inputs to the integrated proposal process providing cost and schedule information and assists in the overall proposal process. Supports Manufacturing Readiness reviews. Communicates with the Program Office on job progress. Responsible for manufacturing metrics tracking and delivery for all products.

Qualifications: BA Degree in Business or SCM required. Advanced degree is preferred.
15+ years experience in manufacturing operations with a minimum of 6+ years managerial experience at a manager or team lead level.
Experience with and strong knowledge of mechanical /electronic manufacturing.
Business and/or financial administration experience.
Hold Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or higher.
APICS Certified.
