Job Title: VICE PRESIDENT of IT SERVICES / information systems

VICE PRESIDENT of IT- SERVICES
Vice President of IT-Services is the owner of the company's overall IT
architecture map and strategic resource planning. He/she is charged
with aligning information systems and technology to support the
enterprise strategy. Establish and maintain robust business
integrated information systems architecture (hardware and software) to
support rapid growth, global expansion and operations. Provide
reliable business enabling systems solutions and services in support of an
international manufacturing operations environment. Leverage emerging
technologies to improve performance, understand business trends in the
global marketplace and provide competitive advantage by harnessing
collaborative and mobile technologies that transform business.
The Vice President of IT-Services will be the advocate for business enabling
ITS solutions and lead the IT organization in its core focus areas:
1. IT Operations: ensuring continued service excellence and managing the
growing data environment across diverse locations.
2. Enhance the existing desktop and network infrastructure to raise the
overall user perceptions of robustness and ease of use.
3. ERP/MES: Enhance and optimize installed Oracle and Eyelit
applications to provide expanded capabilities and enable our rapid, global
growth plans. This includes all aspects of the planning & execution
including change management and integration process.
4. Ensure manufacturing systems and efficiently support operations
5. Manage the Information Services Department comprised of: the Network,
Windows/Microsoft Applications, Oracle ERP, Eyelit MES, Manufacturing
Automation, Remote Support and Customer-Services. Oversee design,
management and implementation of internal and external data
centers with replication requirements for Production and Disaster Recovery
requirements Design, implement, manage, and improve global
technology solutions to support rapid growth and effective operations.
6.Constantly assess outsourcing strategies and outsourcing partner
where core expertise and efficiencies are best leveraged through third

Provide business leadership, technology strategy and technical assistance as
it relates to creating and adapting solutions for M&A, new facilities, new
systems, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
8. Define international IT strategies that seamlessly link the company's
manufacturing and business operations throughout the world.
9. Ensure ongoing SOX compliance within departmental and corporate internal
controls and all internal controls processes; the individual will oversee
the SOX testing of the IT function and ensure compliance is affirmed.
10. Leverage technology to optimize business opportunities and savings
standardization and application of best practices.
11. Ensures all IT solutions are integrated throughout the company's
operations, where applicable, with elegant, simple design combined with

Qualifications: EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
17 years experience in Information Technology with at least 12 years in an
executive management role.
Experience implementing Oracle or other major ERP applications
Experience implementing and supporting multi-location MES with
24hr - 7-day per week manufacturing service requirement.
Experience supporting a globally dispersed business.
Demonstrated ability to understand business and technology trends in the

articulating technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
Demonstrable success in managing system improvement projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, negotiate and manage large
global contracts, balanced with the ongoing intent of driving
costs/inefficiencies out of IT operations.
