Job Title: Manager, Applications

Manager - Applications
Responsible for the development and support of applications
systems/programs. Manages technical resources and facilitates interactions
with business areas/resources. Supports feasibility studies, systems design,
and system implementation required to support any area of the Company.
1. Leads and participates in the development, maintenance,
integration, and enhancement of software applications within challenging
deadlines and in a high quality manner. Manages application projects within
budget and on schedule.
2. Manages the successful daily operation of application systems in
accordance with established standards and procedures.
3. Works with specific business areas to manage expectations,
facilitates resolution of issues, and prioritizes work. Manages the
development of innovative business solutions and alternatives for complex
problems resulting in efficient, economical business processes.

Qualifications: a.. Able to manage multiple priorities, challenging and rigid
deadlines and technologies.
b.. Able to work with management team counterparts to meet

a.. At least 7 years of IT experience.
b.. At least 3 years of leadership experience
(Management/supervisory, project management, etc)
c.. General knowledge of web based and client/server development
tools (that may include .Net, ASP, VB, C++, C#) as well as relational data
