Description: Office Administrative Assistant

Office Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support
to the facility. Office Admin Assistant greets site visitors,
answers phone calls and responds to questions and inquiries. The Office
Administrative Assistant performs general clerical duties and helps
coordinate and maintain records and documentation for staff. In addition to
admin clerical jobs, the Office Administrative Assistant performs research and
project based work and may help arrange meetings and conferences. Produces
and formats documents and reports including graphs and data tables. Enters
data into system and extracts data for reporting purposes.

Handles shipping/receiving paperwork as requested. Coordinates purchasing,
orders supplies and forms. Maintains filing systems and helps with physical
inventories and tracking activities. Helps resolve problems and provides
support to the warehouse. Verifies client information accuracy. Researches
and reports on order discrepancies and any damages. Liaises with customers
as necessary. Analyzes and collates data for reports as requested and
compiles presentation materials for management.

Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelor Degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of
education and experience required.
Minimum 2+ years relevant experience from the
Transport/Logisitics/Warehousing/Distribution/Trucking industry is required.
2+ years direct customer service work.
2+ years experience with AS/400
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and EXCEL, Access, PowerPoint.
Good typing and data entry skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
